At Uprising Bakehouse we love to share our passion for everything we do and put into our bread.
Every morning our team of artisan bakers create naturally leavened, sourdough bread and French pastries from scratch. All of our ingredients are natural and sourced locally from passionate farm and mill owners, including Shipton Mill, Origin Coffee, North Perrott, Dorset Down and Trill Farm.
The bread we bake is for everyone and we want our visitors to be a part of the process with us. It's important that everyone feels welcome, and are treated as an individual. That's why we always value our local communities and the stories, recipes and ideas they share.
We're committed to sustainable practices, making sure that every process involved in making our food and drink is as good for the environment as it is for you. All of our takeaway food is served in biodegradable packaging and our in house waste is recycled or made into compost when possible.
